At Encapture Beauty Private Limited, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from geske-india.com. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment confirmation) must be provided.

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from geske-india.com.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).
3. Process for Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@geske-india.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup (wherever available) or guide you to ship the product back to us.

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement / Exchange

In case of a defective or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
