Return & Refund Policy

At Encapture Beauty Private Limited, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from geske-india.com. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment confirmation) must be provided.

  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from geske-india.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).

3. Process for Return

  • To initiate a return, email us at contact@geske-india.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup (wherever available) or guide you to ship the product back to us.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement / Exchange

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
