15-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing GESKE German Beauty Tech. All devices purchased from Geske India (operated by Encapture Beauty Private Limited, exclusive distributor for India) are covered by our 15-Year Limited Warranty, in addition to any statutory consumer rights available under Indian law.

1. What This Warranty Covers

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of Geske devices under normal, intended use.

  • If a device proves to be defective during the warranty period, Geske India will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

  • The warranty applies to all Geske electronic beauty devices purchased through:

    • Geske-India.com (official online store)

    • Authorized marketplace listings (Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, etc., when sold by Encapture Beauty Pvt Ltd)

    • Authorized retail or salon partners

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Consumables (gels, cleansers, accessories, detachable heads/brushes)

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration, surface marks)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or grey-market sources

  • Issues arising from failure to follow the User Manual and safety instructions

3. Warranty Period

  • Geske devices are covered for 15 years from the original date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to validate claims.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request service under this warranty:

  1. Contact Geske India Customer Support:

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order ID or invoice copy

    • Product name, color, and serial number (if applicable)

    • Clear description of the issue (photos/videos encouraged)

  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

  4. If the claim is approved, you may be asked to ship the defective unit to our service center at the address provided. Replacement/repair units will be shipped back to you free of charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Geske India’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective products.

  • Geske India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Geske devices.

6. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie exclusively with the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
