This privacy policy explains how Encapture Beauty Private Limited, the operator and exclusive India distributor of GESKE India, processes information when using the internal Geske India Ads Meta developer application (App ID 1371825884886683). This policy supplements the general GESKE India Privacy Policy.

About the application

Geske India Ads is an internal business tool used to create, manage, measure and improve advertising for GESKE India on Facebook and Instagram. The application is not offered as a consumer login service and does not ask customers to create an account with the application.

Information the application may process

  • Meta business asset identifiers and settings associated with the authorised GESKE India Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, product catalogue, Pixel and dataset.
  • Advertising information such as campaign, ad set, ad and creative configuration, delivery status, spend and aggregated performance insights.
  • Product catalogue information such as product names, identifiers, prices, availability, images and destination URLs.
  • Aggregated website and conversion-event information made available through the official Shopify and Meta integrations for measurement, attribution and advertising optimisation.

The application does not request customer passwords or payment-card information. Shopify and Meta may separately process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including information used for event matching when the merchant's data-sharing settings permit it.

  • To measure campaign performance, website activity and attributed outcomes.
  • To optimise budgets, audiences, placements and creative content.
  • To maintain account security, investigate errors and keep audit records.

Information may be processed through Meta, Shopify and service providers acting on behalf of GESKE India when necessary to operate, secure and measure advertising. The application does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and platform security.

Retention and security

Access is restricted to authorised personnel and system users. Access credentials are protected and can be revoked. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for advertising operations, measurement, security and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or aggregated where appropriate.

User data access and deletion requests

To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with this application, email contact@geske-india.com with the subject Meta App Data Deletion. Include the name and Facebook or Instagram account information needed to identify the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment details.

GESKE India may request reasonable verification before acting on a request. Once verified, applicable information controlled through the application will be deleted, anonymised or access will be revoked as appropriate, subject to legal retention requirements. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated when the application's functions, platform requirements or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
